A lifelong resident of Bucks County, Abbey grew up in Yardley & has called Doylestown Borough home for the last decade. As Director of Operations, she's the driving force keeping transactions running smoothly behind the scenes, & she genuinely loves supporting people, whether that's her teammates, clients, or the community.

Before stepping into this role, Abbey spent her career in executive support & operations, most recently as Executive Assistant to the CEO of a tech startup company. That background, along with prior experience in accounting & client services, taught her how to stay organized, anticipate needs, & make sure nothing falls through the cracks.

Abbey brings that same detail-oriented, people-first approach to everything she does, ensuring every process runs efficiently so agents can focus on what they do best: taking care of clients.

Outside of work, Abbey can usually be found camping, checking out local breweries, or seeing her favorite bands in concert. She's happiest gathered around a bonfire with friends or at home with her two cats, Michael Keaton & Scout Finch.
